Return Policy: Products may be returned within 30 days accompanied by a receipt for an in-store credit. Refunds are only given in the event that the client has a reaction to a product or if the product is defective.

  1. Reaction to a product: Clients may be issued a refund for the product if it is returned within 30 days and shows signs of minimal use. Make sure the product was used correctly. If there is a known allergy to any ingredient in our product please advise the list of ingredients before purchasing the product. Please be specific as to what type of reaction occurred.
  2. Do not want: If the product is unused, sealed and returned within the 30 day period we can issue a credit for the product in your account. However, if the product is used no credit will be given.
  3. Damaged packaging: Once the product leaves the facility we are not responsible for damages to the packaging or loss of product. If the damage is in a faulty pump, we can provide the client with a new pump for the product or sample pods to place the product in.


To maintain customer service and satisfaction, SRC maintains a fair return policy. If products are damaged during the shipping process, a claim may be made with UPS for the damages. Please notify UPS and SRC within 24 hours of receiving the order. You will be provided with a claim number form UPS, please follow their protocol for damaged items. If the product is defective or damaged, SRC will replace the item at no charge on your next order. We may send a call tag with your order to return the damaged or defected product in for quality control purposes. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any other reason. Any other returns that are outside our return policy and are returned within 30 days in their original, new and unexpired condition (i.e. no price tags, scratches or other damage) may be accepted upon management approval and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Nothing over 30 days will be accepted and SRC is not responsible for the date rotation or expiration of your product. No merchandise damaged or otherwise, should be returned without prior authorization from Skin Rejuvenation Clinique. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused and no credit will be issued.
