All orders are processed and sent within 48 hours of receiving the order and delivered via UPS. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Shipping is generally not done on Fridays in order to maintain the quality of your products.
Product discrepancies or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. SRC will alert you to the protocol for damages with the UPS carrier.
