APPOINTMENTS To insure you receive your preferred service provider and booking time, we encourage pre-booking your services in advance. Appointments are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-In customers are welcome. Online scheduling is available at SkinRejuvenation.com and BlownBeautiful.com.
PAYMENT We accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa, Cash, and Skin Rejuvenation Clinique, Inc. gift cards. Third party gift cards from SpaWeek and SpaFinder are accepted with exclusions. Please inquire before booking your visit.
TIPPING At your discretion, tips may be paid in cash or charged with your service total. Tips may not be added to gift cards or pre-paid services.
PUNCTUALITY We respectfully request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are considerably late for a scheduled appointment, (1) you may opt to shorten your treatment, or (2) you may reschedule your appointment.
CELL PHONES As a courtesy to all guests in our facility, we request that phones be silenced when you enter.
CANCELLATIONS Please give us the courtesy of a call if you can't make your appointment so we can fill in customers on our wait list. A $25 cancellation fee applies to last-minute (within 12 hours) appointment rescheduling or cancellations. If you do not show up for your service--and do not call us in advance--you may be charged the full price for the service.
REFUNDS Services are not refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify the Reception staff immediately or within 12 hours of your appointment. We would like the opportunity to correct our mistake. Product purchases may be returned within 30 days for a store credit. A receipt is required. Makeup products (including lash strips and brushes) are not returnable.
GIFT CARDS Service and product gift cards are available for purchase with the Receptionist or SkinRejuvenation.com.
